Sometimes I wonder what musics little secret is, why do some songs make me feel the way I do? Sometimes I can listen to something and it puts me in this great mood, other songs make me melancholic, sad, some remind me of different experiences in my life, and some make me so happy, and make me forget everything that I listen to them on repeat for hours (ex: green eyes by Erykah Badu) hmmm…
I just discovered The Do and listening to them puts me in a melancholic mood… I’m sitting here in our kitchen thinking of my past and all the great people that I lost contact with… Don’t ask me why, could it be her voice? the slowness of the song? the guitar?
